I am pretty sure that Timbaland co-produced this song with Shakira, and Lil Wayne provides some vocals on it. I think Timbaland's voice is the deep voice you hear.
I think this video is really good, but it would be even better if it had more of Shakira dancing with the other women. Shakira always has really different choreography in her videos.
You can watch all of Shakira's latest videos here ... http://www.youtube.com/user/shakiraSME
Shakira's new album, She Wolf, is really, really good. I think it is one of the more entertaining albums I have downloaded (and actually paid for!) in a while.
Here are 2 of my favorite songs from the album.
English versions ...
Shakira - Did It Again (Featuring Kid Cudi)
Shakira - Why Wait
Shakira - Lo Hecho Está Hecho
Shakira - Años Luz
Shakira - Long Time (there is only an English version of this song, but I think it is my favorite song on the album)
You can download the mp3 album at Amazon.com.
Lady Gaga has a new song called "Alejandro" from her new EP, The Fame Monster. You can download the whole thing from Amazon MP3 for just $5.
"Alejandro" sounds like an homage to ABBA's "Fernando" and Ace of Base's "Don't Turn Around".

However, it does not come out in Austin until Friday, November 20th according to Fandango.com. What happened to you, Austin? You are supposed to be a movie hub. Anyway, the movie has gotten really good reviews, and it is not showing on that many screens so its per screen average is really high.
It cost about $10 million to make, and it has already brought in $5 million or more on a limited number of screens. There is talk of an Oscar nomination for best supporting actress for Mo'Nique who plays Precious' abusive mother.
Other actors in the movie are Mariah Carey, Lenny Kravitz, and Paula Patton (wife of Robin Thicke). This movie should have a good soundtrack with all of the musical talent attached.
The main star who plays Precious is Gabourey "Gabby" Sidibe, and she should have a promising career after all the buzz she has generated with her performance in this movie.
Here is the trailer for Precious ...
Precious is based on a novel called "Push" by Sapphire.

I have to admit this is one great video ...
I don't know why the embedding of the YouTube video cuts off the right side of the video like that.
Here is a song from 2 Many DJs 2005 album, The Essential Mix, that has the same sound used in the background of Lady GaGa's song ...

Not bad!
Mattel has a new game called Mindflex that uses the power of brain waves to make an object move. When I read about it in BusinessWeek, I couldn't help but think of a scene from the 1978 Brian De Palma movie, The Fury, starring Amy Irving. Here is the scene I thought of ...
Let's hope the game is not that intense.
You can download the torrent for the movie, The Fury, here.
Mozilla (maker of Firefox) has a new application called Raindrop, which will try to organize all of the messages you get from email and all of the social networking sites you belong to. It sounds pretty cool, but I can't figure out how to download and install it, yet.

Here is the song, "Raindrops", by Basement Jaxx ...
