I decided to upload an incomplete version of my little Obama video to YouTube just so it could get more views. I really want Obama to be our next president, and I get a little worried that people will think he is going to win and feel like they do not have to do anything to support him. I hope he does win, but I will be holding my breath until election night. I just hope everyone goes out and votes! I think the better the turnout, the better chances he has to win.
Here is the incomplete video of Obama in Red and Blue ...
It is incomplete because YouTube videos can only be 10 minutes long, and the song, "Rhapsody in Blue", is longer than 17 minutes.
I decided to make a little video with an image of Barack Obama that I have always really liked. I used the song "Rhapsody in Blue" by George Gershwin to go with the image. I think it came out of kind of cool.
I am still going to try to upload it to YouTube, but there is a 10 minute rule so I don't know if that is possible.
The image in this video is called a Shepard Fairey image. Shepard Fairey's website is called Obey Giant.
Here is the image ...

Here is Obama's speech from the Democrat National Convention (last Thursday night) ...
M.I.A. posted a little mix she did (I think) of all her Kala songs. The mix is fun to listen to. Here it is ...
M.I.A. - Kala Mini Mix (from M.I.A.'s MySpace)
The guy in the photo with M.I.A. is Benjamin Brewer who is in a band called The Exit. His dad is Chairman and CEO of Warner Music, Edgar Brofman Jr. M.I.A. is supposedly engaged to him. The photo came from Bonafide-Hustler.com.
Barack Obama will definitely be the Democrat nominee for the general election so that is very nice. Here is his speech from Tuesday night ...
Here is a video of a very awkward speech John McCain gave on the same day. The video shows reactions from lots of news pundits that agree he was not at his best when it came to the delivery.
Here's my link again for anyone who wants to donate to Barack Obama's (general election) campaign ...

Bill Richardson, the governor of New Mexico, endorsed Barack Obama today. I think the endorsement is a big deal because a lot of people like Gov. Richardson and will respect what he has to say. I think John Edwards should endorse Obama, too. I don't know when that will happen, though.
Also, I found this video on YouTube, where the young girl from Hillary's 3 am phone call ad says that she is for Obama, not Hillary.
I am posting this link again in case anyone wants to donate to Obama's campaign ...

Also, here is my goofy YouTube video (again) of Barack Obama images set to the Deee-Lite song, "Vote Baby Vote". It's rather amateurish, but I love it when it gets views. ;)
I am usually pretty apolitical, but there's something about Barack Obama that I really like. I decided to create a fund raising page using tools from MyBarackObama.com. If you like Barack, too, and you feel like donating some money to his campaign, head on over to my page at http://my.barackobama.com/page/outreach/view/main/markinaustin.
Here is a video where singers/celebrities sing along to one of Barack's speeches ...
I am usually very apolitical, but I really liked Obama's win in Iowa tonight (well, I guess it is early Friday morning as I type this, but you know what I mean). I thought his speech was really good. I watched it on CNN and actually got chills watching it. I hope he does well in the other states, too.
